I'm Andre Abney, a Realtor with Match Realty. I help people buy and sell homes in Taylor, Romulus, New Boston and the communities around Detroit Metro Airport, and I make sure you see the real numbers, the tax bill, the payment and your net, before you make a move.
Match Realty is an independent Michigan brokerage based at 2501 Russell St in Detroit. I've been featured on FOX 2 Detroit talking about buying and selling homes, and I bring the same plain advice to every client.
My focus is the suburbs southwest of Detroit: Taylor's brick ranches and bungalows, Romulus's newer subdivisions near the airport, and the bigger lots and quieter roads of New Boston in Huron Township. I also help clients across Detroit and the rest of Wayne County.
Taxes are where suburban buyers get surprised. Romulus alone is split between three school districts, and the rate changes the bill by about $1,000 a year on a $350,000 home. Before you make an offer or set a price, I'll show you your real taxes, your payment and what you'll walk away with.
